This collection contains thirty-one matted color photographs of Alaska, which Dr. Vogel has exhibited, as well as a video cassette copy of a film of a trip he made to Alaska (1937-1938). The photographs depict Juneau, Ketchikan, Fairbanks, and Circle City and include buildings, scenery, fish wheels, mining, and urban settings. The copy of the film includes views of Ketchikan, Juneau, and Valdez; gold mining; and scenes of the University of Alaska campus.
